What it is like here

Low cost of living, strong private healthcare and widespread English make Malaysia one of the easiest places to land softly. The catch is the Malaysia My Second Home programme: its financial thresholds were raised sharply after 2021, so the route that made Malaysia famous with retirees is no longer the cheap option it was.
