TuitionNo data yet

No figure recorded. The state vocational agency publishes what it trains and who qualifies but no rate for foreign trainees, and no individual institution’s schedule for international students could be confirmed at tier 1 or tier 2. See the Pathoff method, section 14-5.

Pathoff judgement directed by evidence, not computed from it: the country’s position comes from the World Bank household consumption price level for 2024 (0.406 of the United States, CC BY 4.0 — the ICP benchmark carried forward annually by the World Bank’s own method); the US reference budget is ours. See the Pathoff method, section 12.

Pathoff education rubric (the Pathoff method, section 9-2), special band "Regionally credible": Aerospace and automotive training here serves clusters that international manufacturers actually built, which gives it standing across francophone Africa. Mid-band because outside that region no institution is a name.

Pathoff outcome rubric (the Pathoff method, section 10-3), special outcome band "A route you cannot plan around": Judged on its own and it lands with the degree route, because the work permit and its attestation requirement are the same instrument whatever the qualification.

What it is like here

Morocco has built real aerospace and automotive clusters near Casablanca and Tangier, and the state vocational agency trains for them at scale. That is more substance than most vocational sectors on this site have. What is missing from outside is any published price for a foreign trainee, and the same labour-market test stands between the qualification and a job.

How the process works

1

Ask the centre whether it admits foreign trainees at all

The system is built around Moroccan learners and publishes nothing for anyone else.
