학비연 ~$18–33k

Individual published ranges for Istanbul: mid-tier international schools around TRY 850,000–1,100,000 at secondary and IB level, premium schools TRY 1,200,000–1,600,000. Many schools price in dollars or euros to escape lira movements, which is itself worth knowing before signing a multi-year commitment.

Pathoff judgement directed by evidence, not computed from it: the country’s position comes from the World Bank household consumption price level for 2024 (0.383 of the United States, CC BY 4.0 — the ICP benchmark carried forward annually by the World Bank’s own method); the US reference budget is ours. See the Pathoff method, section 12.

Pathoff outcome rubric (the Pathoff method, section 10-1), early outcome band "Partial or conditional access": No status attaches to being a parent, but short-term residence permits on property or means are obtainable and a parent can hold one. At the foot of the band because those permits are refused in more than a thousand neighbourhoods under the de-densification policy, so where a family can live is decided by a quota rather than by them.

여기는 어떤 곳인가

Istanbul’s international schools are strong and its living costs are a third of Western Europe’s, which is a real combination. The number that should decide it is the safety score: Türkiye is 136th of 163 on the peace index, driven by regional conflict, internal security and political instability rather than by daily life in Beşiktaş — but we score countries, not districts, and this one scores low.

절차는 이렇습니다
