Korean schooling is genuinely excellent and Seoul’s international schools are among the strongest in Asia — and among the priciest anywhere, at thirty to forty-five million won a year at secondary level. The immigration position is the ordinary East Asian one: there is no parental status, so a parent needs a work or business visa of their own.
