Thai culinary, hospitality and wellness training carries real weight in those industries, and it costs a fraction of the European equivalent. The structural catch is sharper here than for a degree: the reserved-occupations regulation closes a defined list of trades to foreigners outright, so whether a qualification can be used in Thailand depends on which trade it is rather than on how good the graduate is.
