Single student, all in — deliberately the same figure as the degree page. It is the same person living the same way; only the training differs. Compared at country level, so capital cities and large metros run higher. The price level behind it prices the basket residents buy, and a foreign renter cannot reach the cheap end of local housing — poorer countries may still sit too low here.

Vilniaus Kolegija's own 2026 fee page: €2,900 a year for international business, tourism management, banking and business economics; €3,800 for software engineering, information systems and cybersecurity, and civil engineering; €9,500 for popular music. It states the same rates for EU and non-EU students. Recorded at the median of the three, €3,800 a year.

Pathoff judgement directed by evidence, not computed from it: the country’s position comes from the World Bank household consumption price level for 2024 (0.570 of the United States, CC BY 4.0 — the ICP benchmark carried forward annually by the World Bank’s own method); the US reference budget is ours. See the Pathoff method, section 12.

Pathoff education rubric (the Pathoff method, section 9-2), special band "Locally useful only": The professional colleges train well for Lithuanian and Baltic employers, and the laser and fintech sectors give some of that training regional standing. No institution here is a name the wider industry knows.

Pathoff outcome rubric (the Pathoff method, section 10-3), special outcome band "A route that needs an employer": Judged on its own. The professional colleges award higher education qualifications, so their graduates fall inside the twelve-month graduate permit rather than outside it as in the Netherlands or Czechia — which is why this sits at the top of the band. It stops short of the band above because the qualification confers no right to work in the trade by itself.

What it is like here

Vilniaus Kolegija publishes a full fee schedule and charges EU and non-EU students the same rate, which almost no vocational institution on this site does. Programmes run €2,900 to €9,500 a year, the training is tied to Lithuanian industry, and the twelve-month graduate permit reaches professional higher education. What it is not is internationally famous.

How the process works

1

Confirm the college awards a professional degree

It decides whether the twelve-month graduate permit applies afterwards.

Timing not confirmed
2

Pay the year up front

The college requires the full annual fee within ten working days of acceptance.
