Single student, all in — deliberately the same figure as the degree page. It is the same person living the same way; only the training differs. Compared at country level, so capital cities and large metros run higher. The price level behind it prices the basket residents buy, and a foreign renter cannot reach the cheap end of local housing — poorer countries may still sit too low here.

TuitionNo data yet

No figure recorded. No published fee schedule for a Turkish vocational or specialist training institution charging international students could be confirmed at tier 1 or tier 2, and the tier 3 material described universities rather than vocational training. See the Pathoff method, section 14-5.

Pathoff judgement directed by evidence, not computed from it: the country’s position comes from the World Bank household consumption price level for 2024 (0.383 of the United States, CC BY 4.0 — the ICP benchmark carried forward annually by the World Bank’s own method); the US reference budget is ours. See the Pathoff method, section 12.

Pathoff education rubric (the Pathoff method, section 9-2), special band "Regionally credible": Culinary, textile and medical-aesthetics training is known across the region and tied to sectors that export. Mid-band because outside the region the institutions are not names an employer recognises.

Pathoff outcome rubric (the Pathoff method, section 10-3), special outcome band "A route that needs an employer": Judged on its own and it lands with the degree route, because the work permit is the same instrument and the qualification confers no separate standing.

What it is like here

Türkiye trains for industries it genuinely exports — textiles and leather, culinary work, and a medical-aesthetics sector that flies in patients by the planeload. What we could not establish is what a foreign student pays for that training, and the route to working here afterwards is the same employer-sponsored one a degree faces.

How the process works

1

Ask the institution what a foreign student pays

It is not published, which is part of the answer about how open the sector is.
